Bio

Born in Dallas Texas
My name is Hannah Buskin, and I am junior at Parish Episcopal School. I am currently in AP portfolio, and focus the majority of y art in 2D art. Creating art allows me to express myself in different ways as well as mediums, as I use my creativity to release me feelings. I have been creating art for many years now, however it has only recently gotten this intense, since I only saw art as being a future for me over the past couple of years, in which I began to take this more seriously.
Concentration Statement
Within my art, I strive to portray different houses and buildings in places all over the world. As I explore these buildings, my vision is to see how the social classes, financial state, and traditions in that area impact the architecture and style of the buildings. Learning about these different places in the world, and how others live their lives has always been very interesting to me. This inspiration has originated from the privilege that I have had to travel with my family all around the world, and being exposed to these differing communities, thus seeing the lives of others in those communities, and how they live. When researching these locations, I have learned how the community in these locations impacts the visual appearance as well as the layout of the housing. For example, I have explored the use of colors, architecture, as well as the reasoning behind each of the houses throughout the world, and it has become a great interesting to me to learn about how others live their lives, as it is so opposing from what I am accustomed to.
